By accessing or using Mak3r ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Mak3r provides a platform that enables users to create, manage, and collaborate on projects using AI-assisted tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; or (f) use automated means to scrape or extract data without our prior written consent.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mak3r and its licensors. Content you create using the Service remains yours, but you grant Mak3r a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mak3r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
